CORN MUFFINS!

1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt,
1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup cornmeal, 1/2 tsp baking powder,
1/2 cup milk & 3/4 cup frozen corn.

1. Preheat oven to 200 deg C
2. Mix butter, sugar, honey, eggs and salt in a large bowl
3. Add flour, cornmeal and baking powder and blend
4. Add milk while mixing
5. Add corn to mixture and mix
6. Fill muffin cups with 2/3 full of batter
7. Bake for 20-25 mins until muffins are light brown
